Rising talent Grand Pax has shared gorgeous new cut 'Phase'.
The newcomer is set to release a new four track EP on Blue Flowers this Friday (July 13th), overseen by producer Leeds producer Josh Crocker.
Penned in her Kentish Town bedroom, the material is steered in a haunting yet mellowed-out direction, with the producer's work alongside Gotts Street Park proving to be a reliable frame of reference.
New song 'Phase' has that grey-flecked sound, a kind of rain-drenched monochrome that adds a fudgy lo-fi sound to Grand Pax' intimate songwriting.
The vocal billows with gusts of emotion, reminiscent of early Portishead combined with the innocence of Northern Ireland's own SOAK.
It's another intriguing song from a newcomer rapidly marking out her own space. Tune in now.
