Dizzee Rascal has posted his new single 'H Town' online – listen to it below.
Dizzee Rascal was born with incredible levels of ambition. Not content to be a star on the pirates, the rapper stole the Mercury Music Prize with his first official album release. Since then, the Bow native has become a household name, a perfect pop star for the 21st century.
Now he's going international. Signing an enormous global deal with Universal, Dizzee Rascal recruited the best producers around to construct an album capable of holding its own with the biggest, bravest stars in the game.
'The Fifth' will be released this summer, with new track 'H Town' placed online a few moments ago. Produced by Oligee and turntable wizard A-Trak, additional rhymes are provided by Trae Tha Truth and Bun B.
Explains Dizzee: "the collaboration for this song started with Bun, I came to Houston and had a good time and it stuck with me, I was doing a mixtape at the time and I ended up writing about it and recorded it, I sent it to Bun and he got on it straight away. When I came to Atlanta to record the album I saw Trae in the studio and we decided to do the video."
