'Caramel' previews continue...
Connan Mockasin

Connan Mockasin has unveiled new track 'I'm The Man, That Will Find You' - listen to it below.

'Caramel' is an odd choice of inspiration. Most songwriters write about love, or hate, or politics or other things which move them. Instead, though, Connan Mockasin has gone for something innately sensual, something which exists purely for the tastebuds.

It's something which is mirrored in his music. Influenced by classic soul, 'Caramel' retains the soft, ethereal, psychedelia of debut album 'Forever Dolphin Love' but abandons that record's complex internal geography for something simpler, more universal.

New cut 'I'm The Man, That Will Find You' is a case in point. All gloopy vocals and guitars that seem to melt with each chord, it's warm, comforting - something which seems to suck you in with it's sweet embrace.
