Clark has posted his take on Barker and Baumecker's 'Spur' online – listen to it below.
Rightly renowned for his own productions, Clark is also an able remixer. Able to de-construct music and build extravagant new shapes out of the ruins, an upcoming compilation unites some of the best of these remixes.
'Feast / Beast' is out on September 16th, and features Clark re-working other artists' material – in addition to remixes of the producer's own output.
Available via Warp, a sample cut hit the web a few moments ago. Barker And Baumecker originally crafted 'Spur', a piece of electronic music which thrives on mood and texture.
Stamping his own touch on the production, Clark adds some of those leviathan-like kicks which made his name. The clip comes back with a short animation by Cyriak (http://www.cyriak.co.uk/), the Brighton based animator whose previous credits include Flying Lotus, Bonobo and Bloc Party.
