Chastity has shared new track 'You're Scary Now', from his upcoming EP 'TAPE'.
There's a faint, almost unfinished feel to Chastity's work, with the Canadian songwriter managing to impose an enormous sense of atmosphere on his work.
The appropriately titled 'TAPE' tape is a neat introduction. New cut 'You're Scary Now' comes swamped in reverb, draped in echo and suggestion – Chastity explains:
"'You're Scary Now', 'Manning Hill' and one other were recorded in a few hours. I just wanted to get demos, like references. When I had them back, I showed them to some friends, and I think they were the ones to decide against them being called just demos".
