A song about leaving behind an abusive relationship, there's a sense of frank soul to his explicit honesty.
Explaining a little more about the release, Cameron Sanderson tells Clash:
“Leaving an abusive relationship I could only see grey emotionally. The relationship was wrong… but at least it had colour. Seeing in black and white was the only way I could stop myself from going back, otherwise, the colours would just blur.”
