Bonkaz grew up around music, a kid who saw the impact Dizzee et al were making and thought: "that looks fun!"
Now making his mark, the Croydon rapper is ready to unveil huge new single 'You Don't Know'. Sampling the classic Dizzee Rascal single 'Bonkers' – well, it's got his name in it – the track is packed with fluorescent colour and sly bragging that comes drenched in humour.
"This song is both an introduction to me and an example of me having fun with the music," says Bonkaz. "A well known sample that coincidentally has my name in it, it was a no-brainer for me, especially as I grew up on Dizzee Rascal."
"With this record I feel I was able to keep my rawness and the flows but also have a fun record that's very accessible," he says. "Let's go Bonkaz!"
