Ending a short period of silence with 2013's 'June Bloom' album, Big Deal are clearly in a fertile creative spell.
Heading back into the studio, the duo are ready to deliver new EP 'Sakura'. Out via Mute on June 14th, it features four tracks – including one which may well be familiar.
'Talk' – from the band's debut album – is re-tooled as a grunge laden monster. The title cut is another slice of adventurous songwriting, while 'Figure It Out' seems to point to a re-energised future.
'Always Boys' has emerged online, and finds Alice Costilloe bemoaning her addiction to "boys with guitars".
