Listen: Alexandra Savior – ‘Crying All The Time’

It's her first new release in two years...

Portland's Alexandra Saviour has shared new single 'Crying All The Time' – tune in now.

The songwriter's bold 2017 album 'Belladonna Of Sadness' was followed by an extensive spell of touring, before she began to sketch out her next steps.

Signing to 30th Century Records – headed up by Danger Mouse – she's now ready to release new material, her first in two years.

New single 'Crying All The Time' is an emotive return, but the sharply refined songwriting utilises some truly beautiful moments.

Produced by Sam Cohen – known for his work with Kevin Morby – it's a bold return. She comments:

"I wrote 'Crying All The Time' on New Year’s Day 2018, I had moved back home to Portland after a rough relationship. After being dropped from my previous record label I started attending community college and about two weeks in 30th Century reached out and offered for me to go to NYC and have a new record produced by Sam Cohen."

"We spent about 3 weeks recording in his studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn, it felt very natural to work with Sam because he is an incredibly kind man, and incredibly talented musician and producer."

Tune in now.
