Self confessed “flower punk” band Black Lips are set to make the long haul to the UK when they play a series of live dates.
The band are currently basking in the praise being lavished on latest album “Good Bad Not Evil”. Growing out of their independent origins in Atlanta, Georgia, the band were initially signed to Greg Shaw’s imprint Bomp! Records.
Black Lips have an imposing reputation as a live band, and have already sold out a soon-to-be-legendary night at the 100 Club.
Black Lips are also set to release a new single, the double A-side “Bad Kids / Leroy Faster” on May 12th, through Vice Records.
