Genesis Publications have proudly announced the publication of Jimmy Page’s first book – a limited edition photographic autobiography of one of the most influential guitar players in history. Page has hand picked all of the 650 photos, as well as including captions for each one, signing every copy and partaking in the design of the beautiful binding of the book.
The outstanding attention to detail can be owed to the two years spent sifting through the many thousands of photos to choose the best – from the early days with The Yardbirds, to Led Zeppelin, all the way up to date with photographs from the 2008 Beijing Olympic performance. The photographs included in the book are from every aspect of Page’s musical career, including rare and unseen pictures from personal collections. The book will be published on September 27th, with only 2500 copies available.
