Former Oasis singer Liam Gallagher is set to be grilled by fans after the frontman agreed to answer questions about his Pretty Green clothing range.
The end of Oasis is one of the most hotly debated topics in British music. Imploding moments before they were due to go onstage in Paris, witnesses to the final fight that split the group have blamed different parties involved.
Whatever happened, ClashMusic is sure that while breaking up the band Liam Gallagher was impeccably dressed. An icon for an entire generation, the singer’s style effortlessly blends 60s Mod clobber with casual gear.
Long a huge fashion freak – check out the white fur coat he once wore to Glastonbury – Liam Gallagher decided earlier this year to launch his own label.
Named ‘Pretty Green’ after a song by The Jam, the singer collaborated with some of Britain’s top designers. A test run was released in the summer, with the label’s Autumn / Winter range representing its first full project.
With another range due to be launched in the Spring, Liam Gallagher has agreed to answer fans questions about the Pretty Green project.
Titled ‘Liam Says’ the new feature will be broadcast via the label’s website. Liam Gallagher is set to pick a selection of questions and will answer them via video.
The answers will then be printed on the Pretty Green community forum. Fans can ask the singer questions through Twitter, or by emailing the label on: [email protected].
‘Liam Says’ is set to be a weekly feature.
