Leon Vynehall Shares New Booster ‘Rosebud’

It reaches out towards joy...

Leon Vynehall returns with new track ‘Rosebud’.

Out now via his own Studio Ooze imprint, the release is the opening segment of an all-new two-tracker. ‘Rosebud’ follows 2021 album ‘Rare, Forever’, and his more dancefloor-inclined compilation for Fabric Presents last year.

‘Rosebud’ sits in a club-focussed lane, and it finds Leon Vynehall melding together rave tropes with his painterly touch. An artist focussed on sound design, the producer infuses his cerebral qualities with an emotional touch that resonates long after the final note.

The electro-flecked chord stabs that permeate ‘Rosebud’ are the perfect example – expert engineering, they’re also simple bursts of radiant joy. A wonderful return, ‘Rosebud’ seems to tap into the returning energies of Spring.

He comments…

“After my Fabric Presents compilation I released Endless (I&II), and stated that I wasn’t going to write ‘outn-out’ club music for a while. Well, it turned out I wasn’t quite finished. I had a real hankering to make
something that would make people banded in the same feeling – a joyful one.”

“Different from what I have written before in its most basic emotiveness. More direct. Out came ‘Rosebud’. It’s a product of many positive moments and memories from seeing friends and peers play in the summer of 2022…”

Tune in now.
