UK producer Leon Vynehall has lined up a new double A-side release.
The electronic musician’s 2021 album ‘Rare, Forever’ won across the board plaudits, a broad-ranging display of his creative versatility. Live shows followed, with Leon Vynehall seemingly building a range of new material.
Returning to Radio 1 this summer for a month-long residency, he’s also lining up a new double A-side release. ‘Endless (I & II)’ is out on July 28th, and it finds the electronic musician playing with different types of energy.
Placing a full stop on his current era, ‘Endless (I & II)’ bows out in some style. He comments:
“‘Endless (I&II)’ is in many respects a full stop on what has been a fulfilling and gratifying time in the ‘Rare, Forever’ chapter. I wanted to write some sort of weirdo mainstage clobber – a bit twisted, a bit big room. A track that would sit just as well on a big outdoor stage as it would in a dark dingy club.”
‘Endless (I)’ is out now, a heads-down techno chugger; the percussive tick has a playful edge, while the vocal snippets take on a hallucinogenic quality.
