LÉKS RIVERS has dropped his brand new EP ‘Pulp Noir’.
An alternative take on R&B and UK Rap, the emerging rhymer brings a diverse collection of tracks to the table. Embracing a more nocturnal feel, each melody finds a balance between moody and glistening production flourishes, weaving witty, heartfelt bars throughout.
Birthed from a late-night studio session, LÉKS RIVERS presents his latest work as a pursuit of romance, authenticity and truth. Although distinctly future-facing, the artist found himself driven by classic records from the likes of Jimi Hendrix and Prince, a creative process illuminated by their boundless, experimental approach.
Speaking on the arrival of ‘Pul Noir’, LÉKS RIVERS describes the ambitions behind his latest material: “I wanted this EP to be a Phoenix moment, a hypnotic, hazy sonic serum that pushes people to embrace their truth, to ask for what they want without holding back.”
