Multi-faceted digital voyager LCY has shared new EP ‘/Y\’.
The fascinating artist recently shared ‘Pulling Teeth’, a dystopian post-human AI universe. The project is the first in a series, with LCY laying out plans for the over-arching remit of Sacrum – a daring cross-discipline outlet.
New EP ‘/Y\’ is out now, and it leans on the LCY origin story. A daring six track adventure, the bullet-point run-down features a cavalcade of ideas, including daring singles ‘Cherubim‘ and ‘0NLY 0NE‘.

The written story and imagery of /Y\ is my re-conceptualisation of the genesis story, using 90s/00s webpages to reference an early place of childhood refuge. /Y\ is made up of vocals, breaks and rave stabs for calm nostalgia (Cherubim /0nly 0ne) contrasted by the EPs broken and more destructive later half reflective of the inner turmoil of the main character.
