Late Of The Pier, the most revolutionary thing to spring from Nottingham since Robin Hood, are set to release their latest single “Heartbeat” on August 4th.
After the success of previous brain-frying singles “Space And The Woods” and “The Bears Are Coming”, Late Of The Pier are set to unleash their full length debut album soon, and it has already got critics hot under the collar.
“Heartbeat” is a predictably amazing slice of synth pop, that contains the group’s now typical brand of inspired genius. With a visually arresting video, “Heartbeat” may well be Late Of The Pier’s most chart-friendly entry yet. With Erol Alkan on production duties, and Hot Chip amongst other, “Heartbeat” is not to be missed.
In addition to their chart-bothering activities, Late Of The Pier are set to play a host of festivals over the summer including Reading and Leeds, Bestival and many more.
