Nottingham synth mentalists Late Of The Pier have announced plans to release a new single ‘Bathroom Gurgle’ on October 27th.
Originally released through hip indie label Moshi Moshi, Late Of The Pier re-recorded the song with producer Erol Alkan. A huge success on its initial release in 2007, ‘Bathroom Gurgle’ is a fantastic, mind expanding rant that represents the first release in a new genre – electro prog!
The new single will come complete with remixes from Breakbot, Duke Dumont and Tronic Youth as well as a Boys Noize remix of previous single ‘Focker’.
Taken from hugely acclaimed debut album ‘Fantasy Black Channel’, ‘Focker’ is a demented re-structuring of pop’s DNA. Just about to head out on tour, it surely can’t be long before the world succumbs to their charms.
