Lana Del Rey has shared new song ‘The Grants’.
The pop icon’s new album ‘Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.’ is out on March 24th, a self-confessed “wordy” project. Indeed, she’s on something of a hot streak right now – this is her fourth LP in four years, while Lana also published her first poetry book, too.
Taken from the album, ‘The Grants’ aims for directness and simplicity. Conjured alongside Mike Hermosa, it also features backing vocals from Melodye Perry, Pattie Howard and Shikena Jones, who all appeared in the 2013 music documentary, 20 Feet From Stardom.
Online now, it’s a busy time for Lana Del Rey, who recently picked up the Visionary Award at the 2023 Billboard Women in Music Awards in Los Angeles.
