LA Priest Announces New Album ‘GENE’

The enigma returns...

Nomadic creative LA Priest has confirmed plans for new album 'GENE'.

Formerly operating under the names Sam Eastgate and Sam Dust, LA Priest gained enormous attention as frontman of Late Of The Pier before vanishing into the shadows.

Returning with his Domino backed debut album 'Inji' in 2015, LA Priest then repeated his vanishing trick.

New album 'GENE' finds the auteur once more grappling with the muse, and it's set to land on April 24th.

The album is led by new song 'What Moves', this fascinating, perplexing, interweaving slice of oddball pop.

LA Priest comments: "This song asks 'what moves…?' 20 times. The answer is in the guitar solo!"

Tune in now.

LA Priest will release new album 'GENE' on April 24th.
