Rising force kwn returns with new single ‘wn up’.
Out now, the track finds kwn aligning with long-time friend and collaborator iO. This is the first time the two have shared something on socials, and it marks a fresh point in kwn’s evolution.
Draped in lush autotune, ‘wn up’ moves from beauty to toxicity, carrying a string in the tail. The beat leans on those dancehall influences, while the track embodies that fusion of light and shade – the heavily aspects, moving down into the depths.
Out now, ‘wn up’ allows kwn space to pivot once more; in her slim catalogue, she’s already learned to keep fans guessing.

‘wn up’ is a feel good riddim with a little toxicity behind it. I’m basically talking to a girls ex saying they thought they had one up on me but they never have because their mrs was always gonna choose me hahahah.
I feel like this song coming after five more is a deeper delve into my personality and I hope people start seeing the cheeky side to me.
Also making this song with some of my closest people was a blessing too. iO is a madman on production and shouts to my co-d’s Sasha Keable and Dyo for co-writing this with me we had a lot of fun making this song and I think the memories we made whilst making the riddim mean just as much as the tune itself to be honest.
