King Midas Sound have signed to Ninja Tune, with new material set to emerge shortly.
A bass supergroup of sorts, King Midas Sound is yet manifestation of the hyperactive bass productivity of Kevin Martin. The Bug producer is currently working with Roger Robinson and Kiki Hitomi, with King Midas Sound stirring from their slumber.
Working on fresh material, the trio have signed a deal with Ninja Tune with a new release planned for Record Store Day. New single 'Aroo' drops on April 20th, pressed on 180g 12" vinyl with silver UV gloss text, matt board, and a black inner sleeve.
As part of the Record Store Day celebrations, King Midas Sound are planning to perform live at Rough Trade East. A full album release is planned for later in the year.
