Kim Kardashian’s ‘Santa Baby’ Splits Opinions

She returns to music with a holiday treat...

Kim Kardashian has shared her take on ‘Santa Baby’.

The model, actress, influencer, and advocate has led a low-key music career, one that has been placed on the back-burner for a decade now. Overnight, Kim Kardashian signalled her return to the studio – with a new take on a festive favourite.

There’s always been a sultry edge to ‘Santa Baby’, with the Eartha Kitt original pushing boundaries back in the 50s. Oft-covered – everyone from Madonna to Taylor Swift has had a go – the song now rests in the arms of Kim Kardashian.

Leaning on the breathy innuendo of the original, Kim Kardashian leaves little to the imagination in this new rendering, which is sure to have a few folks hot under the collar this December 25th.

Produced by Travis Barker – something we didn’t see coming, admittedly – ‘Santa Baby’ also boasts a red-hot short film courtesy of Nadia Lee Cohen and Charlie Denis.

Given that this is the internet in 2024, the release has split opinions. Kristen Bell called it “a holiday masterpiece in the making” while Petey B writes “this isn’t art, it’s degeneracy.

The clip also stars Macaulay Culkin, for bonus festive points.
