Glamorous indie icons The Killers took to the stage at the Union Chapel on November 8th to play a surprise three song set to open the Men Cap Little Noise Sessions.
The band are gearing up to release new album ‘Day And Age’, a storming set that will no doubt see the Killers conquer the globe. Naturally, they are appearing on the cover of this month’s issue of Clash Magazine, with an in depth interview in which the group discuss the making of their new album.
The Killers played a short semi-acoustic set comprising of ‘Human’, ‘Smile Like You Mean It’ as well as a cover of the Cyndi Lauper classic ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun’.
Glasvegas then took to the stage two hours later, playing a stripped down set. Emphasizing singer James Allen’s songwriting, the set included some of the highlights of their acclaimed debut album as well as a cover of The Ronettes’ classic ‘Be My Baby’.
