Puzzling reports have emerged from the British tabloids that The Killers and Elton John will release a Christmas single called “Joseph, Better You Than Me”.
British red top The Sun reports that the single will be released, appropriately enough, in December although a final release date has yet to be set. The song will not feature on the Las Vegas indie icons’ new album “Day And Age” – scheduled to be released on November 24th.
The track is the band’s third festive single after 2006’s “A Great Big Sled” and last year’s “Don’t Shoot Me Santa” – both of which were released as download only charity singles.
