Killer Mike Announces New Solo Album ‘Michael’

It's his first solo LP in a decade...

Killer Mike will release new album ‘Michael’ on June 16th.

The American rapper and social activist is one of the most prominent names in hip-hop, boasting a stellar catalogue. While his festival-pleasing sets as one-half of Run The Jewels – alongside El-P – have bought him to wider prominence, for many fans Killer Mike’s early solo run remains unimpeachable.

New album ‘Michael’ returns the MC to solo duties, his first since 2012’s ‘R.A.P. Music’. Out on June 16th, it’s said to be autobiographical, and a highly-personal statement from a much-loved rap figure.

Mike comments:

“RTJ is the X-Men, this is my Logan…”

New single ‘Don’t Let The Devil’ is out now, featuring Run The Jewels’ sparring partner El-P and thankugoodsir.

Tune in now.
