Welsh producer Kelly Lee Owens returns with new track ‘Sunshine’.
The producer has signed to dh2, the new electronic-focussed sub-label under Dirty Hit. Founded by 1975 drummer George Daniel – who will release solo productions through the imprint – it was launched with a special rave at Brixton club Phonox a few weeks back.
Kelly’s incoming album ‘Dreamstate’ is her fourth to date, and it lands on October 18th. A full UK tour is planned, with the electronic musician sharing new song ‘Sunshine’.
Aptly titled, it yearns towards blue skies and festival crowds, a dose of optimism during what has – all told – been a fairly bleak summer here in the UK.
Out now, it embraces Kelly Lee Owens’ painterly touch, and finds her working with real confidence.
