Hip hop icon Kanye West has been busy shooting the video to his new single ‘Robocop’ – with his girlfriend Amber Rose.
The new single is taken from West’s controversial album ‘808s And Heartbreak’. The record saw the star forego rap for singing, with West using an autotune device to guarantee his vocals were in perfect pitch.
Kanye West also has a keen interest in fashion, and has been attending runway shows in Paris with his new girlfriend Amber Rose. The rapper has cast the shaven headed model in his new video, as a robotic police officer.
However some insiders close to Kanye West claim the relationship is a publicity stunt. A source said: “Kanye’s popularity has dipped a little in recent months so what better way to get people interested again than by stepping out with a stunning model – and then casting her in his video. People will be tuning in to see the sexual chemistry.”
However others argue that the two are an ideal match. A source told the New York Post “she’s going to be good for him. Amber is a model with a fly, out-there, in-your-face style and attitude, just like Kanye. She’s his match.
“Travelling with Kanye can be rough – photographers swarm him wherever he goes, but Amber is cool and collected about it all. She doesn’t care about industry stuff, and she actually understands Kanye.”
