Kanye West Reveals Album Artwork

Five different options confirmed

Kanye West has revealed that his new album ‘My Dark Twisted Fantasy’ will have interchangeable artwork.

Kanye West isn’t doing things by halves on his new album. Previewing his new single ‘Power’ the rapper filmed a lavish half hour short film which told the story of a love affair with a mythical creature.

Bizarre, eye catching and unforgettable the premiere of the film was followed by a lengthy Q&A session in which Kanye West answered any question thrown at him.

Releasing a stream of new material on Twitter, Kanye West used the social networking tool to reveal the title of his album. ‘My Dark Twisted Fantasy’ is set to be released on November 22nd, with the cover art containing some audience interaction.

Instead of just one design, Kanye West will release ‘My Dark Twisted Fantasy’ with five separate options. All five images were designed by the artist George Condo, and includes the initial sketch for the cover.

Kanye West intended for the album to show himself “chilling on the couch with my Phoenix” but this was nixed by the label. The ‘banned’ cover will be one of the new options, alongside the cover art for previous single ‘Power’.

Announcing the news on UStream, Kanye West is shown demonstrating the interchangeable artwork in a new video…
