Band To Play In Living Room

Kaiser Chiefs are amongst the host of star names who will perform in their living rooms later this month as part of the BBC Radio Live Lounge Tour, it has been announced.

The Leeds indie titans are gearing up to release their new album "Off With Their Heads" in a matter of weeks, with the band having previewed new material live at festivals during the summer.

Aside from Kaiser Chiefs the tour will also include Snow Patrol and Adele, while Razorlight will perform live in their rehearsal room. Girls Aloud meanwhile, will also join in the party but are set to perform at Jo Whiley's house.

The gigs will see the bands play stripped down versions of their classic anthems, as well as a number of other treats. The dates were announced on Jo Whiley's show this morning and run as follows:

Adele (September 22nd)
Snow Patrol (September 23rd)
Kaiser Chiefs (September 24th)
Girls Aloud (September 25th)
Razorlight (September 26th)
