Justin Bigart has shared his latest single, ‘Atmosphere’.
A momentous offering from the Montana artist, ‘Atmosphere’ situates listeners amongst the expansive Mojave desert. Careening between sentiments of solitude and empowerment, the track packs in rich, cinematic production, with grandiose string sections and hard-hitting drums. Recalling the influence of Americana and gospel, Bigart explores a stripped-back take on alt-rock, unleashing one of his strongest vocal performances in the process. .
‘Atmosphere’ is the sixth chapter taken from Bigart’s upcoming concept album, ‘Pretty Dopamine Bullets’. Revolving around life’s cheap thrills, the project asserts itself as an emotive audiovisual experience, treating each release as its own individual segment within the artist’s overall musical endeavours.
Speaking on his latest single, Justin Bigart shares: “‘Atmosphere’ represents a new phase of my songwriting, with a more complex form and my most raw and vulnerable vocal performance to date”.
Tune in now.
