Julie Byrne will release a new collaborative EP on November 17th.
The songwriter’s extraordinary album ‘The Greater Wings’ landed earlier this year, featuring some remarkable work. Informed by grief and survival, loss and pursuance, the record was challenging, but also warm.
The creativity doesn’t stop there, though. New EP ‘Julie Byrne with Laugh Cry Laugh’ finds the songwriter aligning with Taryn Blake Miller, and Emily Fontana, crafting one new song and three special covers.
Out on November 17th, it was constructed in Miller’s apartment, with absorbing new song ‘Velocity! What About Intertia?!’ spinning off into a world of its own.
Online now, the song comes as Julie Byrne prepares to pack her bags for a full UK tour, including a special evening at London’s EartH on November 21st.
