Jordana will release her new album ‘Lively Premonition’ on October 18th.
The songwriter recently signalled her return with the single ‘We Get By’, a lush, melodic follow-on to her ace 2022 album ‘Fall The Wall’.
As it transpires, a lot more is on the way. Maryland-raised and LA-based artist Jordana has completed a new record, blending 60s tropes with Laurel Canyon vibes, but all reflected through her 2k24 lens.
Blessed with a neat lyrical turn-of-phrase and a desire to upset old tropes, incoming album ‘Lively Premonition’ aims to supply the unexpected.
“The whole record is this mixed bag of tricks with plenty of cheeky lyrical and instrumental decisions,” she says. “We’re taking tons of risks here.”
Out on October 18th, the LP is trailed by new single ‘Like A Dog’ – constructed alongside producer Emmett Kai, it’s about hopeless infatuation.
