Jon Hopkins is set to re-issue his debut album 'Opalescent'.
Recorded when the producer was barely out of his teens, 'Opalescent' represents Jon Hopkins first tentative steps into the musical world.
Leo Abrahams supplies those deft guitar fragments, while his then-home Just Music supplied the PC that the artist used to sketch out his ideas.
Set to be unearthed 15 years after its initial release, 'Opalescent' will be given a gatefold vinyl release alongside some newly commissioned sleeve notes.
