New York Indie-pop soloist Joan As Policewoman will tour the UK this December, it has been announced.

Joan Wasser has been a highly influential figure in the musical landscape, contributing her efforts and collaborating with everyone from Lou Reed to Sheryl Crow. The multi-instrumental songwriter also influenced the song ‘Everybody Here Wants You’ by her late boyfriend Jeff Buckley before his untimely death in 1997.

Joan As Policewoman released their new album ‘To Survive’ earlier this year, which featured a collaboration with Rufus Wainwright on album closer ‘To America’.
