Jerry Paper Plans New Album ‘Inbetweezer’

It's out in September...

LA polymath Jerry Paper will release new album ‘Inbetweezer’ on September 27th.

The producer – real name Lucas Nathan – has been released music under this persona since 2012, building a decade-long sting of excellent. Collaborating extensively, they’re worked with the likes of Weyes Blood, Mild High Club, Kari Faux, and Tyler, The Creator.

A hectic spell of touring last year pushed Jerry Paper to the brink, forcing them to re-evaluate their life, and what they wanted to achieve. Learning to let go of the idealised future, this sense of release acts as the backdrop to this new album.

Out on September 27th via Stones Throw, ‘Inbetweezer’ finds Jerry Paper at a crossroads –

“It’s a raw one; I’m all caught up in some bullshit, lost in the abyss, and trying to get myself to slow down and be in my sensory world in the present.”

New song ‘Scenic Route’ is out now, a bubbling fusion of light and shade amid the left-field production nous. Tap in below.
