Music streaming service TIDAL was launched earlier this year, with a host of huge names lining up to show support.
Helmed by Jay Z, the opening ceremony featured appearances from Coldplay, Jack White, Madonna and countless others.
Yet recent weeks have witnessed a surge of criticism, with fans noting that the TIDAL app has dropped out of Apple's top 700.
Taking to Twitter, Jay Z claimed that the brand is 'doing just fine'.
Tidal is doing just fine. We have over 770,000 subs. We have been in business less than one month. #TidalFacts
