Birmingham trio JAWS have shared storming new single 'Do You Remember' – tune in now.
The band's new album 'The Ceiling' drops on April 5th, and finds JAWS once again teaming up with producer Gethin Pearson.
It's a team that seems to work, with storming new single 'Do You Remember' finding the three-piece stamping down on the distortion pedal.
In terms of songwriting it nails that breezy '93 sound but adds a dense wall of noise, erring towards the Swervedriver wing of shoegaze.
Frontman Connor Schofield explains…
"This song is a self observation of my social anxiety, and how i always compare ourselves to others when i should be working out how to be more comfortable in my own skin. Musically i think I’ve managed to merge my love for bands like The Cure and bands like Title Fight quite well on this one and its definitely one of my favourites on the record that i’m very much looking forward to playing live."
Tune in now.
'The Ceiling' will be released on April 5th.
