James Yorkston, Nina Persson Duet On Heavenly Song ‘The Harmony’

“But harmony, it has escaped me, and the world becomes too fast...”

James Yorkston and Nina Persson duet on new song ‘The Harmony’.

The pair have worked on a full album, their voices intertwined against the arrangements of the Secondhand Orchestra. ‘The Great White Sea Eagle’ will be released on January 13th, accompanied by a full UK tour.

Gorgeous new song ‘The Harmony’ highlights the record’s blend of light and shade, a heart-on-sleeve love song featuring two gorgeous vocals from James Yorkson and Nina Persson.

Amid the folk-hewn arrangements they sing: “But harmony, it has escaped me, and the world becomes too fast…”

James Yorkston comments…

“This is a duet love song that we recorded one evening, after most of the Second Hand Orchestra had left for home. It has that beautiful woozy sound music has when everything is just working together perfectly. It’s intimate, and a favourite.”

The song is accompanied by a powerful live clip, emphasising the riveting chemistry between these two vocalists.

Tune in now.
