Jack Howard Shows His Feelings On New Single ‘Falling’

A beautiful return...

Rising songwriter Jack Howard has shared his new single ‘Falling’.

The artist hails from Portsmouth, honing his skills on the south coast before being drawn to the bright lights of London. Hitting the city’s music scene, Jack Howard has played pop-up shows around the metropolis, developing his material as he goes.

The songwriter’s debut EP ‘All Things That Came Before’ lands in July, and the next preview is now online.

Out now, ‘Falling’ is hewn from his own life, the lyrics reflecting a trait of honesty in his work. Seemingly written and completed in just 20 minutes, it all revolves around that chorus – so simple, yet containing the germ for the entire song.

Jack Howard comments…

‘Falling’ is about cutting someone loose who is dragging you down into the darkness with them. This was one of the last songs I wrote on the EP and it only took about 20 mins to create the whole thing. I was on my guitar and I just heard this choir sing FAALIng in my head. I based the whole song around the one word and all these feelings I’d had locked up for so long finally came rushing out.

Tune in now.
