Today rapper J Hus shares the visuals for fan favourite track ‘Cream’ featuring Newham’s CB.
In the kaleidoscopic Anime video directed by Nicholas Lam, Hus is faced with a barrage of attacks from opponents, but he manages to sidestep his adversaries, persevere and ultimately become invincible with help of CB’s sidekick character.
‘Cream’ is lifted from Hus’ third studio album ‘B.A.B.Y.’, which was released last year after a three year hiatus. In his review of the album, Clash writer Dwayne Wilks found Hus “rejuvenated and full of new source material”, and wrote “no other artist commands rhythm and rhyme like Hus”.
Earlier this week, J Hus was nominated in four BRIT award categories; Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Hip-Hop/Grime/Rap Act.
