Rising soul force IYAMAH has shared her new single 'Cake'.
The songwriter's debut project 'Truth EP.1' landed earlier in the year, a bold vision from a voice coming into bloom.
She's still reflecting on what the experience meant to her, and how it will form part of her ongoing journey.
She explains: "'Truth' is a journey of self discovery, a reflection on my identity and past. I’m still figuring that out. It’s a bigger project, but I will come back to that when I’m ready to tell the rest of my story."
The story continues with 'Cake', this delicious piece of club-ready R&B with some horn inflections, dominated by that soulful vocal.
