A leaked track from Lana Del Rey features some strong criticism of Lady Gaga – listen to it below.
In a way, it was inevitable. Lana Del Rey and Lady Gaga are two of the biggest pop stars to emerge from the United States since the dawn of the Millennium, occupying two distinctly different areas.
Now a leaked track has emerged, seeming to hint at a serious disagreement between the pair. A demo version of 'So Legit' has been placed online, and it features some radically different lyrics.
Taking pot shots at Lady Gaga over her decision to license her music for a coca cola commercial, Lana Del Rey croons: "You’re looking like a man, you’re talking like a baby / How the fuck is your song in a Coke commercial, crazy".
Using language more akin to a rap lyric than a pop song, Lana Del Rey then says: "Stefani, you suck, I know you’re selling 20 million / Wish they could have seen you when we booed you off in Williamsburg".
She's not holding back…
