Italian shoegaze band Mondaze have confirmed plans for their second album ‘Linger’.
The band are part of a broader shoegaze community on the continent, emerging from the Italian guitar underground. Debut album ‘Late Bloom’ won acclaim on its 2021 release, with Mondaze hitting the road for some inspired tour dates.
Self-described as ‘heavy shoegaze’, the band cite guitar pedal pioneers like Swervedriver and Ride as pivotal influences – but with a new twist, of course.
Second album ‘Linger’ is out on November 22nd via Bronson Recordings, with Mondaze sharing the emphatic title track.
A swirling cosmos of noise, it aptly reflects the punch and physical heft of their live shows, while displaying their increased studio confidence.
