Alex Turner's claim that rock 'n' roll would never die may have been met with disdain in some quarters, but to others it was a rallying cry.
Based in Buffalo, Stateside newcomers Made Violent may not have been aware of his words, but the group most definitely agree with Turner's message.
Raucous, unhinged indie rock with a real sense of venom, the band's live shows – all sweat, riffs and guitar strings dripping in blood – is already the stuff of legend.
Announcing plans for a one off UK show, the band have also placed new video 'Dirty' online, with drummer Justin Accee describing it as "a look into your deep desires when you are vulnerable or intoxicated to the point of no return."
