A mere five days after his final show with The Jim Jones Revue at Kentish Town Forum, the singer went straight back into the studio to work on fresh material.
And lo! Jim Jones & The Righteous Mind was born. Lining up with Gavin Jay (bass), Joe Glossop (keys), Phil Martini (drums) and David Page (pedal steel / theremin), the band seemingly took their name from a book of psychology.
