Liverpool based synth boffins Ladytron have been announced as the support for a number of dates in the UK during the summer.
Ladytron have just released their superb latest album “Velocifero” to great acclaim and have been travelling across North America during the past two months. Aside from the Interpol dates, Ladytron are also keen to get back to blighty to fulfil an aborted fixture at London’s Astoria venue.
Earlier this year the band were storming the venue with an electric set drawn from the new album when the power suddenly went out – ironically enough, during a song called “Soft Power”.
July 8th – Manchester, Apollo (with Interpol)
July 9th – Sheffield Academy (with Interpol)
July 16th – London, Astoria
