insincere Share New Single ‘where are u?’

A song about losing your way...

insincere have shared their new single ‘where are you?’ – tune in now.

The three-piece shot to viral fame last year, with their home made salute ‘Angels Don’t F*ck’ causing a colossal stir online. Melding together rap flows, electronic production, and aspects of indie, the trio – Orlando, Grace and Alex – embody a punk-like defiance of the norm.

A flurry of singles followed, but the cracks began to show at the start of this year. Inertia crept in, and insincere opted to counter-act this by going straight back into the studio.

Working with co-producer Jake Gosling, the trio put their thoughts down on tape – the self-doubt, the imposter syndrome, and the feeling that something, somewhere was lacking.

Out now, ‘where are u?’ asks for help, with insincere finding their passion reinvigorated through music. The group comment…

We’ve been away for a bit; either in our own heads or in the studio. ‘where r u?’ was made during a confusing time in our lives. A lack of confidence at the beginning of the year was affecting our creativity and enjoyment and so self-doubt was creeping in.

After a period of search, looking for something we didn’t know. We found the answer in our music, in the painting on the cover, in the infinite world of creation we continue to find a piece of consistency in an increasingly momentary world. This song felt like a real breakthrough and brought back so much confidence for us.

Tune in now.
