Icelandic group amiina signal their return with new piece 'Beacon'.
The four-piece have released three influential, groundbreaking albums, with the latest emerging some five years ago.
In 2019, however, amiina were challenged to take part in an art project, commissioned to produce music for a sound installation at a remote Danish lighthouse.
The striking Nakkehoved lighthouse fired their creativity, with amiina collating their ideas on the incoming 'Pharology' EP.
Out on June 25th, new piece 'Beacon' leads the way, a spectacular, slow-moving, immersive feast of sound.
The video utilises blasts of searing colour, and it was filmed on an HD Blackmagic pocket cinema camera by artist Heimir Freyr Hlöðversson.
