Ian MacKaye seems to be working on a new band project.
The Dischord founder is perhaps best known for his associations with Minor Threat and Fugazi, but has recently shied away from creating new music.
Now journalist and fan Matt Cohen has spotted a tiny announcement: Ian MacKaye is forming a new band.
The project doesn't even have a title yet, but will make its debut this Sunday (November 11th) at St. Stephen’s Auditorium in Washington, DC.
The line up features Fugazi bass player Joe Lally, as well as Amy Farina, who worked with Ian MacKaye in The Evens.
